In my personal yoga classes, my main focus is to specifically address the needs
and conditions of my students, to encourage them and
to tackle personal set goals together.
Anyone who wants to integrate yoga into their life in the long term should definitely first
build a solid foundation and learn which yoga poses work best for the conditions of their own body,
in order to be able to build on this knowledge in a healthy and motivating way.
